Dr. Haddock grew up in Rochester, MN as the third of eight siblings. After a year of college, he took two years off from school to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Sacramento, California. While there, Dr. Haddock worked to became fluent in Spanish and developed a strong desire to serve others in his professional career. After returning to his college studies, he fell in love with dentistry by shadowing other dentists, where he saw the tremendous impact good dental care can have in people’s lives. He received his undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Brigham Young University before returning to the Midwest to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree at the University of Minnesota.

While in dental school, Dr. Haddock received a scholarship from the National Health Service Corps for commitment to working with underserved communities. Dr. Haddock began his career working at a federally qualified health center in rural Wisconsin. His work helped migrant and seasonal workers, as well as other at-risk populations, receive much-needed dental services. He greatly enjoyed helping Spanish-speaking patients receive dental care in their native language.

Dr. Haddock is excited to be joining Dr. Andris in Morton, Illinois. He looks forward to helping patients achieve their oral healthcare goals. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is committed to providing the same high standard of care that Dr. Andris's patients already enjoy.

Dr. Haddock is happily married to his wife, Kimberly. Together they have four children: Elliot, Oliver, Evelyn, and Amelia. He enjoys backpacking, hammock camping, hiking, running, and going on family adventures. He is also active in his church community and enjoys participating in Sunday school classes.
